Day1
After arriving at the airport, you will be picked up by us and head straight to check-in. We will give you a briefing on Taiwan market & travel numbers & current trend / status so you can sleep on it and be prepared for your following sales calls.
After our briefing, we will give you recommendations on surrounding dinner locations / night markets…etc. or you can rest and stay in to recover from jet lag.

Day2
Today you will meet 6 travel agencies of your preference. We will have a thorough discussion on which types of travel agencies you’d like to meet. Depend on the destination and travel theme you’d like to share, we will give you suggestions as to which agencies to meet.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up and take you to your sales call.
Today you will meet 4 travel agencies of your choice either at their office or at our meeting space where we will set up as your office for the trip. 2 before lunch, 2 after lunch.
For lunch today you will be have to free time to take a break from the first day, or if you’d like us to arrange anything, please let us know.
For dinner you will be joined by 2 more travel agencies, depending on how many agents you’d like to invite for the meal, we will arrange the work lunch/dinner.
After dinner, you have the option to visit a great massage to relax your body and mind for the next day or save the massage for your last day.

Day3
Same as yesterday, we will pick you up at your hotel and take you to your 1st sales call.
Today you will meet 4 travel agencies of your choice either at their office or at our meeting space where we will set up as your office for the trip. 2 before lunch, 2 after lunch.
For lunch & dinner you will be joined by 4 more travel agencies (2 agencies for each meal), depending on how many agents you’d like to invite for the meal, we will arrange the work lunch/dinner.
After dinner, you have the option to visit a great massage to relax your body and mind for the next leg of the trip or have some free time for yourself to roam the city.

Day4
Today will be the day we say goodbye, we will give you a brief report on the 2 day visits and draw up a contacts/todo list on how to follow up on each agency.
Then, we will arrange some active events for you to get to know the agents more closely in a more relaxed setting, the activity depends on the season : we can go hiking / trekking / restaurant hopping / camping / surfing … or to wherever you wish to explore more of Taiwan.
Or, if you’re interested in extending your trip, we’re happy to help recommend / arrange unique trips to cater to your taste.
